Special location on the hill of the old town of Ourem. Old historic building.
Rather upscale prices for average services.

Great view from the room and friendly staff. The breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the scrambled eggs. The location was perfect for visiting the nearby town and church.
We stayed over Easter, and the hotel staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests. The service was slow in the restaurant, and the food was average.

Very good location and nice big rooms.
Breakfast is mediocre, no Pestana - standard. Staff is not professional.

I had a great stay in this comfortable hotel. The location on top of a hill overlooking the rolling countryside was amazing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast had many tasty pastries and salty options. The courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine and the pool area was very nice as well.
It was all superb.

A great location, very quiet at night and a very interesting location. The best thing about Ourem bells don't ring at night.
The church bells nearby sound terrible.

The breakfast was fine, the dinner was very good value for money. Drinks cheap.
We were not informed that there was a swimming pool. "Reservation" was on our reservation, we only saw a white wall. There was only a bathtub with a shower curtain. The room furnishings are simple. The place expired in 20 minutes.

Perfect romantic escape with beautiful views of the surroundings. the room was cozy with comfortable beds and an excellent restaurant with delicious local food that definitely surpassed our expectations.
The limited menu at the restaurant, though authentic, tends to become a bit tiring after a few days. the lack of nearby facilities in the old town made it difficult to find outside dining and bar options.

This hotel sits in the midst of a walled medieval village next to a castle and overlooks the rolling countryside. the rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the pool area is exquisite. the breakfast is quite good and the receptionist and waiters are very helpful and friendly.
The ambiance of the dining room falls short, with little atmosphere, bright lighting, and cafeteria-like noise. some dishes were left dirty and the food was unexceptional.
